Some challenges cannot be overcome through individual effort alone. When everyone contributes, shares ideas, and supports one another, the team has more opportunities to find solutions and move forward together.
At CEM Software's team-building event in Ba Vi, this spirit came to life through a series of games and collaborative challenges. Some required strategic thinking, while others called for the team to adapt and try a different approach. Through it all, the focus remained on finding solutions together and making sure no one was left behind.
With the message “Together, We Rise,” the event was more than a chance to step away from daily work. It was also an opportunity for team members to strengthen their collaboration, better understand one another's working styles, and build a stronger team spirit.
The Ba Vi journey may have come to an end, but the spirit of overcoming challenges together continues beyond the event and into our everyday work. Let's look back at some memorable moments from CEM Software's Ba Vi Team Building 2026!
